Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

The app stores settings needed to preserve your experience, including language, theme, Magic UI, screen orientation, note naming and labels, instrument and note-release preferences, and Functional Ear Training options such as selected tonics, scale, vocal range, enabled tones, cadence behavior, and automatic progression.

The app also stores named exercise presets that you create, daily exercise balances, rewarded unlock state, and a cached record of access granted through Google Play. Google's privacy SDK may store consent and privacy-choice state in the app's local storage. EYDEVELOPS does not receive this locally stored information directly.

Voice and microphone data

The tuner requests microphone access and processes microphone audio in real time on your device to estimate musical pitch. Audio is used only while the training screen is visible and active. It is not recorded, stored, transmitted, or uploaded. You can deny or revoke microphone access through Android settings, although the live tuner will not work without it.

Android backup and device transfer

If Android backup is enabled for your device, Android may include app settings, exercise-use balances, and saved exercise presets in a private backup associated with your Google Account. Android may also transfer this data directly when you move to another device. This allows supported local data to be restored when the app is reinstalled or a device is set up.

The app explicitly excludes its cached Google Play paid-entitlement file from cloud backup and device transfer. Purchases and subscriptions are verified separately through Google Play. EYDEVELOPS cannot access your private Android backup. Backup availability, security, retention, and deletion are controlled by Android, your device manufacturer, and Google. Purchases and subscriptions

Optional lifetime purchases, subscriptions, and Support Developer purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play provides the app with product details and purchase status needed to display offers, grant access, restore purchases, and complete consumable support purchases. EYDEVELOPS does not receive or store your payment-card number or other payment credentials.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app uses Google Mobile Ads for an Upgrade-screen banner and optional rewarded ads that can grant additional exercise access. Active PRO access hides passive advertising. The app also uses Google User Messaging Platform to request current consent information and provide Google-managed privacy controls where applicable.

When these Google technologies are used, Google may automatically collect and share IP address, device and account identifiers, app interaction information, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Google may use an IP address to estimate a device's general location. Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit.

The app requests ads only when Google's consent system reports that ads can be requested. A rewarded-ad action may present Google's consent form when required. The About screen shows Privacy choices only when Google reports that a privacy-options entry point is required for the current user. Information you provide

If you contact EYDEVELOPS by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, display name, message, and attachments. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, and maintain necessary correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

How information is shared

EYDEVELOPS does not operate its own analytics, account, or cloud-storage service for this version of the app. Information may be processed by Google when required to provide Google Play Billing, in-app update checks, Android backup and device transfer, advertising, privacy choices, analytics associated with Google Mobile Ads, fraud prevention, and related Google services. Email providers process information that you send when contacting EYDEVELOPS.

The app can open external pages, Google Play, or your email application when you choose a corresponding action. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Data included in Android backup or device transfer is retained and deleted according to your Android and Google backup settings and Google's policies, and may be restored during installation or device setup. Google retains purchase, advertising, consent, diagnostic, and related service data under its own policies.

You can clear local app data or uninstall the app, manage Android backup through your device or Google settings, manage subscriptions and purchase history through Google Play, and manage privacy choices through the app when Google makes that option available. To request access to or deletion of information that you sent directly to EYDEVELOPS, contact us using the email address below. We cannot identify or retrieve data that remains only on your device or in your private Android backup.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age at which they can consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to EYDEVELOPS, contact us and we will address the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's data practices or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this location with a new update date.
